Fresh Food Facts: Our salmon is farmed in the very far north of Norway some 130 miles above the Arctic Circle in the very coldest and purest of water.
Because of this we are guaranteed immaculate quality. Because of the high latitude, harvesting takes place in 6months of darkness.
Ultra’s Salmon takes nearly 3 years to reach a 5kg fish and we consume 300kg a month in Emaar Square alone!
